    Luqman Hakim Othman

    Born and breed Bruneian Food & Beverage Manager who has been in the restaurant and hospitality industry with over 9 years. Graduated and trained by 2 hotel institutions in Switzerland; Swiss Hotel Management School (SHMS) and Hotelier Institute Montreux (HIM) with an American and Swiss BBA (Honors) Degree, Dual Major in Business Management & Hotel, Restaurant & Resort Management.

     

    He has worked and has experienced in various countries; Switzerland, China & Brunei. His work experience, particularly in the field of Service Operation & Management covers working in various outlets in established hotels & resorts, free standing restaurant, cafés and fine-dining venues; Empire Hotel & Country Club, Bandar Seri Begawan (Brunei), The Purple Onion by David Laris, Shanghai (China), naked Retreats - naked Stable Private Reserve, Zhejiang (China) and Four Seasons Restaurant, Caux (Switzerland).

    Hazrol Omar

    Local Bruneian Chef with over 15 years of experience. Graduated from both Canberra Institute of Technology (CIT) & Malaysia Associations of Hotel Training Center (MAHTEC) with Diploma of Hospitality and Diploma of Hotel Management respectively.

     

     

    Worked in Australia & Brunei for over 15 years. Experience working in various outlets in independent cafés, restaurants, banquet and fine dining venues in Australia. Was also working in an established and respectable hotels in Brunei; Empire Hotel & Country Club and Rizqun International Hotel.
